A bundle is for one session only.
5-10 Sessions recommended, but some clients may need just 3 treatments depending on the size of the area to be treated.
Before Care
- Drink at least 2L of water daily BEFORE and 5 days AFTER your treatment This will help flush/break down products from the fat cells through the lymphatic system.
- DON'T drink alcohol 1-2 days before treatment.
- DON'T drink caffeine 1-2 days BEFORE your treatment and for 48 hours AFTER treatment. Fat continues to be metabolised 48 hours after treatment, so this is essential.
