Arrival Time: Please ensure you arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled, and a cancellation fee equivalent to the booking fee will be charged. A new booking fee will be required for any future booking.

Deposit and Payment: Bookings can only be confirmed if a non-refundable deposit of £40 is paid. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice prior to the appointment. £40 is required to secure your booking; transfers should be made to our business account. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, by card, or by bank transfer on the day of your appointment.

Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years and above for body sculpting treatments at the time of booking. For facial treatments, clients must be 16 years and above.

Non-Refundable Booking Fees: Booking fees are non-refundable under any circumstance.

Rescheduling or Cancellation by Lasi Body Therapy: In the event that Lasi Body Therapy reschedules or cancels your appointment, we will not reimburse you for any travel or additional expenses incurred.

Identification Requirement: Failure to provide requested identification may result in the cancellation of your treatment, and you will forfeit your booking fee.

Medical Disclosure: It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect their treatment. If a client fails to provide this information and proceeds with a treatment, Lasi Body Therapy will not be held responsible for any adverse reactions or complications arising from undisclosed medical conditions.

Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans can change. Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late cancellations may result in the loss of your deposit.
